Shawn believes questions are often the beginning of deeper faith, not the end of it. In fact, he gets excited when someone does have a question!
Shawn is a 15 year vet in full-time ministry, with cross-cultural experience in 21 countries, including 4 years as an overseas missionary among two unreached African people groups, a Global Missions Pastor for 4 years, and 2 years with Young Life.
He’s spoken across 22 universities in the U.S., with hopes to add many more to this list.
Today, as President of The Ambassadors Forum, Shawn helps lead and grow the mission behind the scenes just as much as he does on stage, working alongside the board, building partnerships, fundraising, connecting with schools and churches, organizing events, and continuing to help students and leaders wrestle with their questions around faith.
Shawn notices the little things, approaching every question with care and empathy, so that each student feels seen, heard, and understood. He believes no matter where you are in your journey, you are welcome in this space.

An engineer by profession and apologetics leader by passion, Roy believes strong faith is built on the truth that stands up to any critic: The Bible.
Yes, while a degree from MIT and successful career in hi-tech semiconductors impressive achievements, Roy’s greatest strength is his heart for people.
Roy has spent decades helping others grow their faith with both knowledge and confidence, serving as a board chairman, ministry president, Christian school board member, church elder chair, apologetics radio host, and creator of nationally recognized apologetics curriculum, Bible Boot Camp.
What makes Roy’s approach memorable is not just what he teaches, however. It’s how he teaches it.
He asks questions to help students think deeply through things, guiding each conversation in a way that teaches critical thinking so that they can find answers — through history, science, and Scripture — to increase their own understanding of their faith.
He knows how aware and intelligent the youth of today are. He treats each student with respect, while also challenging them to think for themselves and share their beliefs boldly.

Adrian’s apologetics approach comes from one belief: Everyone’s question comes with a story.
He believes simply jumping in to give them the answer is not always helpful. He prefers to dig a little to really understand what’s underneath the surface.
After earning his Master’s in Teaching from Washington State University and working in the public school system, he saw firsthand just how much today’s students are up against.
Since then, Adrian has spent decades listening to youth, understanding the pressures they face, and helping them find answers to hard questions about God, Christianity, culture, and more.
But, his goal is not to sound like the expert in the room. Instead, working and talking directly with students helps him better understand the issues they are dealing with, see trends that are ravaging the church, and be more prepared to support them.
Through his teaching and nearly 30 years of experience in youth ministry, Adrian helps to show youth and leaders how to find answers and make sense of the world around them to build a faith they truly understand, can sharply defend, and share proudly with others.
